Regulation establishing the forest management area "Posuško".

This Regulation, as in accordance with the Federal Forest Law, declares that within administrative borders of the Canton of West Herzegovina, the land area denominated Posuško which includes all forests and state owned forest lands of this Canton, is now to be considered as forest land subject to forest management rules. The formation of forest management area is a condition for the adoption of the forest management plan, which represents a ten-year forest and forest land official management programming document.
In order to ensure a rational and sustainable management of state forests and forest land in the area of the Canton of West Herzegovina, it is necessary to form one forest management area, as the only justifiable solution, given that all state forests and forest land in the area of this Canton are next to karst areas, so it does not economically justify the possible formation of more separate areas.
