Abstract
This Regulation sets the basic issues necessary for the establishment of the genetic (gene) bank for forest plant species (present and known on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The main purpose of such genetic collection (in-situ and ex-situ, or on field and in other/different specific place) is to maintain the biodiversity of forest plant and to protect their genetic value and original variety status.
