Abstract
This Law regulates the basic characteristics of flow, use, production and trade of reproductive material of forest trees, including their related standards and conditions, methods of validation and recognition of the starting materials (classification), further defining the control and processing of reproductive material of forest trees, as well as its quality and inspection rules, and maintenance of the related registers.
The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 52 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
