Regulation on the establishment, management, maintenance and use of the Forestry Information System in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This Regulation declares the establishment of the Forestry Information System of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This text also determines the form, content, manner of management, maintenance and use, method of collection, data processing and storage and access of data and information.
The Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry manages and maintains this particular information platform. The data collected in the Forestry Information System represent a unique information base for forests and forestry related activities of the Federation of BiH, and has nine different thematic areas as follows: 1) Standards; 2) Forest records; 3) Planning; 4) Production; 5) Forest damage; 6) Other resources; 7) Financial review; 8) Additional modules; 9) Public relations.
