Abstract
This Regulation here establishes the correct sampling methods and related efficiency criteria to be used as reference for the analysis/official control over the effective levels of erucic acid in foodstuff.
This text closely determines several technical issues and procedures, listed in the Annex that is also part of this publication.
The level of the above mentioned acid is strictly in relation with special regulations on maximum permitted quantities for certain contaminants in food.
