Regulation on facilities that can be built and put into operation only if they have an environmental permit.

This Regulation defines all facilities and plants that can be built and put into operation only if they have an environmental permit and facilities that pose a risk of major accidents, and which can be built and put into operation only if they have an environmental permit. The Ministry responsible for environmental protection, in accordance with the regulation issued by the Minister on the basis of article 63, paragraph 1 of the Law on environmental protection, which determines the projects for which an environmental impact assessment is carried out and the criteria for deciding on the need to carry out and the scope of an environmental impact assessment, shall issue an environmental permit for all projects that are listed in article 2 of this text.
