Abstract
This Regulation sets the rules and provisions aimed for all food and foodstuff for human consumption that is exposed and/or treated with ionizing radiation.
This text closely determines various conditions for the safe and controlled production, processing and distribution of such foods subjected to ionizing radiation; maximum limits of exposure; inspection and reporting/data delivery issues; declaration and labelling issues.
