Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the classification of forest ownership status (state-owned forests, forests owned by legal entities and private individuals) and necessary rules for the correct data entery into the Bosnian forest cadastre.
This Regulation further defines the rules governing the Cantonal Forestry Administration and their related tasks in forest cadastre mansions.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
