Abstract
This Regulation sets the methods and criteria for the calculation of the compensation fees related to the effective damage procured to the forests, forest land and/or to forest products.
Forest products within are considered: technical wood, small technical wood, spatial wood, forest seedlings in forest nurseries and natural grasslands, coniferous and deciduous trees and their parts, seedlings in forest crops, other forest products, forest seeds and grass.
