Regulation on the form and content of applications for variety recognition, criteria for determining the name of a variety and the content of the Register of Agricultural Plant Varieties.

This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the application for variety recognition, the criteria for determining the name of the variety, the duration of the variety testing, the testing methods, the required quantity of planting material samples for testing, as well as the content of the Register of Agricultural Plant Varieties. The procedure for variety recognition is initiated on the basis of an application for recognition of an agricultural plant variety, which the owner of the variety, or his authorized representative submits to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, in accordance with this Regulation.
