Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the form and content as regards the permit for sport-recreational fishing.
This text also defines the related fees for sport-recreational fishing licenses, the manner of issuing and printing licenses and keeping records of such issued licenses. This kind of annual license shall also be valid for all fishing waters in specific fishing areas, regions or basins, on the basis of fishermen association agreements which must be signed by all interested associations and which must be submitted to the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, and to competent cantonal ministries for fisheries affairs, within 15 days from the date of their signing.
