Regulation on the form, content, manner of issuance and validity of hunting licenses and hunting tickets.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on hunting (Republika Srpska), determines the form, content, manner of issuance and validity of hunting licenses and hunting tickets. Hunting associations, forestry companies and other legal entities registered for hunting activities that have signed a contract for use of hunting grounds with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management are required to issue a permit for hunting of big game, and for to issues hunting tickets for hunting of small game. Big game included species such as deer, chamois, brown bear, wolf, wild pig and male black grouse. Small game includes species such as rabbit, jackal, fox, badger, wild cat, marten, ferret, great weasel, weasel and all other protected/controlled and unprotected bird species.
