Abstract
This Regulation determines the form, content, manner and time limits for the correct use of the shipping declaration, and for elaborating the consignment note, both documents necessary for the trading authorization as regards forest products.
Trading in terms of this Regulation includes transport of forest products, purchase, sale and processing of the same (cuttings, splitting, grading and similar).
The Annex is also an integral part of this publication.
