Regulation on the form, manner of keeping the register and application form for registration of breeders of breeding valuable animals.

This Regulation determines and provides for all necessary forms, including the manner for keeping registers of breeders of breeding valuable animals, as well as the application form for the registration of breeders of breeding valuable animals. Provisions of this text are intended for both physical and legal persons engaged in animal breeding as in accordance with the Federal Law in livestock.
For the application of these rules in addition to the definitions already in force, as regards the field of animal husbandry and related data and registration, the following terms are used: Cantonal Register of Breeders of Breeding Valuable animals (held in the cantonal breeding and selection service); Central Register of Breeders of Breeding Valuable animals (kept in the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry); stud farm register is a special register in which stud farms are registered as special units in horse breeding (Federal Ministry).
