Abstract
This Regulation defines the basic requirements that must be met for fragmented or minced meat, semi-finished meat products and meat products, on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in terms of production and trade.
The rules here prescribed are related to: the names, definitions, product specifications; the composition, sensory properties and related product groups; the type, quantity of raw materials and other substances used in production and trade; the technological processes used in production and trade; the additional or specific requirements regarding the packaging, labelling or marking; the sampling and analytical (including HACCP) methods for quality control and health safety of products.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
