Abstract
This Regulation here prescribes the general food safety and food quality requirements and conditions for production, placing on the market and declaration of fruit juices, fruit nectars and similar products if intended for human consumption.
This text also sets the: rules as regards the possible use of additives and auxiliary substances such as vitamins, minerals and sweeteners; rules on declaration of food properties; and verification of compliance issues (see article 12).
