Regulation on general conditions, procedure and manner of providing hunting grounds for use.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on hunting (Republika Srpska), prescribes general conditions, related procedures and manner of providing sports and recreational hunting grounds on the territory of the Republika Srpska, which the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management assigns for use to hunting associations. Each sports and recreational hunting ground is given for use to only one user (which offers the most favorable conditions for sustainable management and improvement of quality of hunting resources). Hunting grounds are allocated for use through the public competition process.
