Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the general labelling (or marking that is valid as declaration of origin and composition of the specific food or food product) of packaged food on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Regulation closer defines the concrete technical requirements, the methods of declaring or labelling of packaged food for market purposes, intended for the final consumer or public feeding establishments, as well as certain rules concerning the presentation and advertising of foodstuffs.
However, the provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to foods produced and processed in households/farms that are sold directly to the final consumer, also labelled or marked in accordance with special local Regulations.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
