Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines the content, appearance of the label and manner for labelling devices containing polychlorinated compounds (or PCBs) and sets issues aimed for premises or facilities in which they are located, as well as for decontaminated devices; method of disposal of PCB or PCB waste, decontamination of devices containing PCBs and test methods for possible presence of such PCB content; the content of data reports and rules regarding the register of devices in use that are containing PCBs and PCB waste and the content of requests for issuance of necessary permits for decontamination of devices containing PCBs. Participants of these processes are as follows: Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism; Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Cantonal Ministries for Environmental Protection; owners of equipment and waste containing polychlorinated compounds. The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the set of relevant technical sheets, indication lists and labels).
