Abstract
This Regulation sets various provisions aimed to define and control the honey and other similar apiculture or bee products on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, also with important regard to the food safety issues.
This text closely provides for: minimum quality preservation requirements to be observed and respected at all stages of production, processing, distribution, packaging and labelling; conditions for placing on the market; declaration issues; specific quality definitions; inspection provisions; including the suggested composition and possible variations.
