Abstract
This Regulation prescribes and sets the rules on an increased number official controls on imports of corn (also on state border cross points and food entry sites) for human consumption, as regards the republic of Montenegro, with the aim of granting a higher level of food control and food safety.
This Regulation further sets forth some extraordinary obligations for food operators as regards the procedures due to obligations here stipulated (article 8).
