Regulation on the instructions on the form, content and method of keeping the book of the flour consumption.

This Regulation sets the guidelines and instruction aimed at determining the correct the form, content, data relation, tabular appearance, and manner of keeping the unique national register (book) of records of the consumption of raw flour.
This kind of data keeping is mandatory for all legal entities and natural persons engaged in food production/processing (especially bakery products) on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the blank sheet sample from the above mentioned register).
