Abstract
This Regulation here officially establishes the special import and custom conditions to be applied as regards the import into the Republic of Montenegro of certain food and animal feed from specific countries due to the risk of contamination by aflatoxins.
The Regulation further defines the issues regarding the health certificate, identification mark/label, and pre-shipment notices.
The Annexes part of the text, contains, among other things, administrative forms and the list of foods and feed divided in groups and geographical origin.
