Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the content and method of keeping wine records, the data and procedures to be entered in wine records, the deadlines for entering and storing wine records, as well as the method of marking pf containers used in wineries. A legal entity or entrepreneur engaged in wine production and registered in the Wine Register (defined as wine producer) and who keeps grape and wine products for business or commercial purposes is obliged to keep wine records for these products. These persons are obliged to mark/label all containers in the winery with numbers and letters, or a combination of numbers and letters, and to indicate the volume of each container. The containers in the winery in which the production, care or processing of wine is carried out, including wines with defects (flaws), should bear specific markings defined in this text. The Annex contains data/record sheets and models to be used.
