Abstract
This Regulation: prescribes the correct manner and necessary procedure for the issuance of electrical and electronic products on the market; establishes the unique system of taking, collecting (including the obligations of final consumers, distributors, competent bodies engaged in related activities, fees and charges/compensation) and treatment of waste deriving from such articles/objects (electrical and electronic products in this case considered as waste equipment).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
