Abstract
This Regulation defines the correct method for the official attestation/inspection of various agricultural machinery, including the fees and charges for the performance of such tasks, and basic requirements that need to be fulfilled by all machines, appliances, power tools and additional machinery in agriculture.
This Regulation further offers the classification of such agricultural machinery, also providing numerous technical norms for the design, manufacture and conformity assessment procedures, additional test methods, and other relevant conditions to be met by the authorized legal entity for implementation of the needed conformity assessment.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
