Regulation on method and methods of attestation/control of agricultural mechanization.

This Regulation determines the necessary methods and rules as regards the mandatory attestation (also evaluation process) of agricultural machinery (present and/or operating on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina), including basic requirements to be met by such machines, devices, connectors-trail machinery and other tools used in agriculture (agricultural activities); also offers the classification of types of agricultural mechanization, determines the technical and construction norms to be observed (including the rules for the assessment of conformity and recognition of foreign certificates of compliance).
The Annex is an integral part of this publication (containing instructions for the implementation of the above mentioned measures).
