Abstract
This Regulation sets the provisions aimed to determine the manner/process for designation/official declaration, necessary marking issues, financial related requirements, and necessary forest management rules as regards the forests and forests of special purpose (special protected forests).
The provisions of this text are in accordance with principles and standards of the Forest Stewardship Council; and International Union for the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources.
