Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner and lays down the indications regarding the payment of several types of public revenues on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Public revenues in terms of this text are considered revenues of budget and extra-budgetary funds, institutes, agencies and incomes for other public needs.
Revenues from water charges and fees are also object of this text (including special water charges, and outstanding liabilities based on special water charges, see article 18). Chapter V determines the penalty provisions.
