Regulation on the manner for performing fishing, seasons, tools, equipment and fishing methods.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fisheries (Republic of Srpska), determines the manner for performing inland fishing, seasons, tools, equipment and fishing methods. These provisions are aimed for sport and economic-sport fishing. This text sets specific bans in terms of aquatic species (articles 4-9), also in relation to fish size. Fishing shall be carried out from the shore of the fishing water designated for fishing, without the use of vessels, except in fishing waters where its use is determined by the Fisheries Basis of the Republika Srpska.
