Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on reproductive material of forest trees (Republika Srpska), determines the manner, procedure and conditions for evaluation and recognition of forest tree starting materials. This text also defines rules regarding the establishment and maintenance of the register of regions of provenance and recognized starting material for production of selected, qualified, tested reproductive material of known origin trees, and further regulates the issuance of certificates on recognized starting material and indicates contents of the application for recognition of such starting material for the production of reproductive material of forest tree species.
