Regulation on the manner, procedures and terms for the calculation and payment of special water charges.

This Regulation defines the correct methodology, and procedural and administrative rules for the calculation and payment of special water fees/charges.
Fees object of this Regulation, are water use related charges for both surface and ground waters, to be paid as compensation for water abstraction and/or consumption by private and legal entities, engaged in activities where the water use in necessary (such as water supply facilities, mineral/bottled water production sites, irrigation needs, fish breeding/aquaculture, hydropower generation facilities/sites, other polluters as listed in the text).
The Annex is also an integral part of this Regulation.
