This Regulation defines and determines the concrete subjects responsible for payments, the manner for the correct calculation of special water special charges/fees, including the form and content of the administrative issues and documents, the process of filling out forms, control over the payments, and rules necessary for the management and maintenance of the register of records on taxpayers (water charges).
