Regulation on the manner of spring counting of game, content, manner and bearers of hunting base, temporary annual plan for use of hunting grounds, annual plan for use of hunting grounds and records on implementation of planned measures.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on hunting (Republika Srpska), prescribes: the manner of spring counting of game, the content, manner and bearers of hunting base, including terms for temporary annual plan for the use of hunting grounds and of the annual plan for use of hunting grounds, among records on the implementation of such planned measures. The hunting basis, the temporary annual plan for the use of hunting grounds and the annual plan for the use of hunting grounds, in addition to the function of protection and preservation of biological and ecological balance of natural game habitats, must ensure sustainable use of hunting grounds and maintenance of biological diversity of game and other species. This text further declares that the use of hunting grounds must not harm other ecosystems.
