Abstract
This Regulation defines the correct use, type and quantity of fishing gear and equipment in commercial and sport fishing on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This text also defines the: list of catches in commercial fishing, manner, type and quantity of fishing gear, equipment and baits in sport-recreational fishing, including issues on related fishing season; minimum length of fish caught, maximum allowed catch; and list of catches in sport-recreational fishing. Article 3 sets out the list of permitted fishing gear.
