Regulation on market standards for poultry meat.

This Regulation provides for food safety related provisions in relation to the market and trade standards for poultry meat (intended for human consumption).
This text sets the classification of what here is defined as poultry meat; specific health and safety rules for the production and placing of the poultry meat on the free market; list of exceptions (see article 2); processing and technological issues to be observed (also slaughtering, official controls and inspections, additional hygiene provisions).
