Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary conditions and rules for the correct marketing, distribution and import of beet seeds (Beta vulgaris L) on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Rules here prescribed will not apply to the: beet seed intended for export, if produced in accordance effective standards defined by other legal documents; seeds intended for official testing and delivery to the inspection bodies; delivery of small quantities of seed for scientific purposes or work on the selection of varieties; appropriate quantities of seed for other testing and experiments; delivery of seeds to the finisher which will not acquire ownership rights thus the delivered seed.
