Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary conditions and terms for the safe, correct and approved marketing/trading, distribution and import of vine propagating material (Vitis vinifera L.) and vine seedlings on the territory of the Federation of BIH.
Rules provided by this Regulation will not apply to: planting material intended for export, if identified as such and kept sufficiently isolated; planting material that is intended for trial or scientific purposes; planting material that is intended for selection work; measures aimed to safeguarding the genetic diversity.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
