Abstract
This Regulation provides the conditions and concrete marketing, distribution and import rules and obligations regarding the propagation/planting material of fruit and fruit plants intended for fruit production on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This Regulation also sets the complete classification of fruit species that are defined under its terms.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
