Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary food safety related provisions aimed for canned tuna and palamide/Atlantic bonito or Sarda sarda (fish products for human consumption).
This text sets trading and marketing rules; physical and quality requirements; labelling and declaration requirements; and official control and inspection references (article 9).
