Abstract
This Regulation defines the maximum permitted and tolerated quantities or residues of radioactive contamination as regards the food for human consumption and animal feed.
These rules and limits are meant for emergency situations that can be caused by a nuclear incident or other radiological danger or disaster, in the moment when public health is subject to special regime of protection. This text further sets the classification of important and less important foodstuff.
The Annex is part of this publication.
