Abstract
This Regulation defines all necessary measures aimed to prevent the introduction, the spread and to eradicate the harmful organisms known as Endobioticum (Schilb.) Perc pathogens that are identified as potato cancer cause.
The provisions prescribed by this Regulation are also defining the phytosanitary issues, inspection duties, rules for the necessary and correct marking infected plots and other related technical and data collection/reporting obligations.
