Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary manner, criteria and related procedures for the correct elaboration of the concrete value index for forests and forest land in state ownership, deriving and also containing the effective quantity of wood mass, the quality structure of the wood mass, the elements for determining the value of the wood mass and other (calculated by taking account of some production costs).
