Regulation on the method and procedure for the production of planting material.

This Regulation prescribes the method and procedure for the production of all categories of planting material for fruit trees, vines, hops and ornamental plants, the deadlines for submitting production applications and the forms for production applications. The production of all categories of planting material of fruit trees, vines, hops and ornamental plants shall be carried out by generative propagation or vegetative propagation, which shall result in the production of planting material of the these plant categories. Vegetative propagation may also be carried out by grafting, which shall result in the production of seedlings of the same categories used as reproductive material.
