Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Federal Law on environmental protection fund and in relation to the Decree on types of charges and criteria for calculation of charges for air pollutants, determines the method of calculation and payment, and sets administrative deadlines for calculation and payment of fees for emitted air pollutants.
