Abstract
This Regulation sets various rules aimed to govern the collection, allocation and use criteria as regards the funds intended for sustainable management/conservation practices in forests.
The funds object of this text will be collected from the following sources: compensation for the use of forests and forest land owned by the state; compensation for carrying out activities of general interest in private forests; compensation for improvement of the general function of forests; compensation for the lease of forest land owned by the state; funds obtained by the confiscation and sale of illegally obtained benefits from forests; and compensation for the collection of other forest products.
This publication also contains its amending Regulation dated 19 May 2009 (see the end of the text).
