Regulation on the method of delivering seeds for variety recognition, testing methods and application for variety recognition.

This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the application for variety recognition, the criteria for determining the name of the variety, the method of delivering seeds, the required quantity of seeds to be delivered for testing, as well as the time of delivery of that seed and the methods of testing agricultural plant varieties. The name of the variety can be determined in the form of an imaginary name or in the form of a code, or cipher. Variety testing in a pilot field for varieties of field and vegetable crops lasts two years. All related technical sheets and forms are given in the Annex of this text.
