Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on environmental protection fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines the method of monitoring of intended use of funds, which the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina approves for financing the preparation, implementation and development of a certain programme, among projects and similar activities in the field of conservation, sustainable use, protection and improvement of the environment. This text further sets the method and procedure for necessary monitoring of related contractual rights and obligations of fund user.
