Abstract
This Regulation sets the rules to be observed when dealing with the official authorization/licence that has to be granted to the effective holder of the related animal that is considered as animal reproduction material donor (animal reproduction, genetic resources), that has to be granted and approved by the competent national commission dealing with such issues (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
