Abstract
This Regulation sets the official manner and reference methods for the sampling and analysis of thermally elaborated and processed milk when intended for human nutrition and consumption.
This text provides several methods such as determination of the total dry matter content; determination of the fat content; determination of the percentage of insoluble solids; determination of the total nitrogen content; determination of the protein content; determination of the specific effective mass.
